The League House NYC collects only the information you choose to submit through this website:

• Customer signups: first name, email address, optional phone number, the date you signed up, and your marketing consent.
• Brand / vendor inquiries: brand name, owner or contact name, email address, phone number, social media handle, website, product category, brand description, current retail locations, additional notes, the submission date, and whether you opted in to marketing updates.

Customer signup information is used to send communications from The League House NYC about grand opening announcements, the opening date, store location updates, new brands, product drops and releases, events, promotions and store news.

Brand and vendor inquiry information is used only to review your brand and to contact you about brand onboarding, retail opportunities and related follow-up. Submitting a brand inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications unless you check the optional marketing box. General inquiries sent to us by email are used only to answer you.

Customer subscribers and brand / vendor contacts are stored as two separate groups and are never combined. Customer and general inquiries are handled at info@theleaguehouse.com; brand and vendor inquiries are handled at brands@theleaguehouse.com.

We do not sell or rent your information. Submissions are stored in our secure database and are visible only to The League House NYC team. We may use reputable service providers, such as an email marketing platform, solely to deliver the communications described above.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us. You can also ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing info@theleaguehouse.com.
